Brad Nesser, President/Principal
Mr. Nesser is principal-in-charge with 29 years experience in architecture and 16 years
experience in mechanical and electrical construction. He is responsible for primary contact
for the client, supervision of all in-house projects from conceptual design through construction
documents, construction administration, supervision and coordination of consultants.

Nancy Mager, Office Manager
Ms. Mager handles all office procedures including project administration - contracts, contract
administration, scheduling, budgeting, coordination - accounting, marketing and personnel
matters. She has held the position for 11 years.

Larry Rocha, Intern Architect
Mr. Rocha is responsible for detailing, construction documents and construction administration.
He has eight years of experience in architecture, with an extensive background in concrete. Mr. Rocha is now heading up our Hobbs office.

Deanelia Murray, CAD Manager
Ms. Murray is responsible for drawing production scheduling, conforming office drafting standards

and updating, computer maintenance, and production drafting. She has 16 years experience in
computer-aided drafting, which includes six years of teaching manual and CAD drafting.

History
Brad Nesser started NPSR Architects in June of 1996. Nancy Mager joined the firm shortly after in early 1997. It has steadily grown to its present size, earning a reputation for design excellence, reliability and client satisfaction. As an architecture and design firm, NPSR provides architectural, engineering and consultation services. Located in Carlsbad, New Mexico, with a branch office in Hobbs, NPSR has projects throughout southeastern New Mexico and western Texas.
Well-versed in the use of State Procurement Code Regulations, International Building Code, International Existing Building code, International Fire Code, Life Safety Code and Americans with Disabilities Act, NPSR provides services to diverse school districts and many public entities. Many are repeat clients due to our ability to listen and incorporate the clients' needs within a specific time frame while staying within budget. This is accomplished by a high level of interaction between our design team, the owner and the end user.
